Montecito Ranch

The owners of a large collection of contemporary art and furniture had recently downsized into a typical ranch house whose exterior was not compatible with the  already modernized interior. So PBA was asked to do whatever they could on the outside to make it look as contemporary as the inside – on a very modest budget. The one exception on the interior was an enlarged garage. The one extravagance was a very tall, steel and glass, pivoting front door.
